Gems of De La Crown is a healthy scalp and hair care product company that was founded on the basis of having rich hair care products that promote a flourishing scalp and the nourishment of healthy hair that are made with organic, natural, non-toxic, safe ingredients, and integrity without compromising your health in the process. Giving you an amazing hair care experience that aid in giving you the healthy, strong, and gorgeous hair you desire and deserve.

We formulate our natural and effective products with only the best ingredients that promote and maintain the healthy beautiful hair. Encouraging women to take pride in and look forward to their hair care maintenance and regimen. The scalp is the point of origin for all hair growth. Knowing this, Gems of De La Crown focus on scalp health with special attention to the follicles, which is the essential unit for the generation of hair with “The Emerald”, a line of oils blends that cater to your scalp and hair shaft. The Emerald symbolizes renewal and growth.

Our Origin

Founded by a high school teacher and Track & Field Coach, who throughout her career of braving various natural elements as she transitioned through her day both indoors as a teacher and outdoors as a Head Girls Track Coach, she took pride in and having and displaying healthy, well moisturized, and well styled natural hair. Proving that no matter your work environment and the grind of everyday life, healthy well groomed hair is always possible. One night after a store haul of her favorite hair staples at the time, she noticed that something felt different in the consistency and richness of the products. When applied to her hair the product also did not render the same effective results as in the many uses prior. With the disappointment in the products new lack of effectiveness, this caused her inquisitive mind to further investigate the ingredients of the product. Dissatisfied with the ingredients and consistency of the product, she decided to do something she is trained to do as an educator, conduct extensive research over the effectiveness of various ingredients on the scalp as well as the hair and follow the data and science. Once her research concluded, in her kitchen she formulated her first set of products to use on her own hair. The results were amazing and many questions were as asked about what she was using in her hair. To the surprise of all that inquired, when she disclosed that she was using some of her own formulated products, she was asked to make them batches as well to try. They loved the products and the idea of Gems of De La Crown to offer to the masses was birthed.
