All orders have a 1-3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate processing lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order.

If you just received notice that your package has been shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.

Once an order has shipped, Gems of De La Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address you entered for the order. You must enter a safe and accurate address when entering your shipping address. I is a best practice to review all informed you entered in placing the order before you submit your order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Make sure you have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to help with the investigation of tracking your package.

Once an order has shipped and tracking of the package is now available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

To qualify for Free shipping, your order must reach $40.00 before tax or shipping is applied for items shipped within the United States only as this time.

Free shipping will be delivered within our standard lead time of 1-3 business day and within 5 business days once shipped within the United States.
