Customer satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from us, we will try our best to find a resolution and we welcome hearing from you. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and are not subject to a return. Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping. Damaged or defective products may be returned to Gems of De La Crown only after contacting info@gemsofdelacrown.com and the return request has been approved. Upon approval you will have 5 days to return the damaged or defective products. Please note, you must submit photo images of the damaged or defective product and that seals must not be broken and products must not be opened. Once all information is received by Gems of De La Crown, you will receive notice of your approval or denial of the return request. Please allow 5 -7 days for delivery of new merchandise and processing of your return order. We do not accept returns for damaged products if the damages were due to package damages caused by the carrier and its handling. You will contact the carrier in the unfortunate event of damage to the package that have caused damages to the products at the fault of the carrier.
All returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery.
