Shipping Policy

Packages being shipped within the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Any Packages shipped internationally, will be shipped via DHL. Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the carrier site. Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers.

If you have not received a tracking number via email after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox. If you have not received a tracking number in any of your inboxes contact us email us at info@gemsofdelacrown.com. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

Also, please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is within 5 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling, customs and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Gems of De La Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver of the package, be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
